How we Hire

  1. CVs are reviewed according to the job requirements.
  2. Candidates whose profiles match the required positions will be contacted to schedule an interview.
  3. An interview evaluation form is completed , and the highest-scoring candidates are selected.
  4. A one-month probationary training period is conducted, followed by a performance evaluation.
  5. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, an employment contract is offered, with the first three months considered as probation.
